Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through ChitraHub (www.chitrahub.com).


1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, ChitraHub offers shipping within India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

After successful payment:

  • The order details are shared with the respective artist.
  • Artists are required to process and dispatch the order within 3–5 working days.
  • Customers will receive shipping confirmation once the artwork is dispatched.

Processing time may vary slightly depending on artwork type and artist location.


3. Shipping Responsibility

  • Artists are responsible for securely packaging the artwork.
  • Artists must ensure protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
  • Artists must provide a valid tracking number after dispatch.

ChitraHub facilitates the transaction but does not physically handle shipping unless otherwise stated.


4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time typically ranges between:

  • 5–10 working days, depending on customer location and courier service.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Remote area delivery
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays

ChitraHub is not responsible for courier delays beyond reasonable control.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed during checkout.
  • Shipping fees are separate from the artwork price.
  • Shipping charges are transferred to the artist for order fulfillment.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged artwork
  • The wrong artwork

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

support@chitrahub.com

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged package and artwork
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within 48 hours may affect refund eligibility.


7. Non-Delivery

If the order is not delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us with your Order ID.
  • We will coordinate with the artist and courier service.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

ChitraHub is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete contact information
  • Unavailability during delivery

Reshipping costs may apply in such cases.


9. Delivery Confirmation & Payment Release

ChitraHub holds the artist’s payment until:

  • Delivery is confirmed, OR
  • 3–5 working days after successful delivery tracking confirmation.

This ensures customer protection and platform accountability.


10. Policy Updates

ChitraHub reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.
Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.
