5. Repeat Infringers
Artists found repeatedly violating copyright rules may be permanently restricted from future submissions.
6. Limitation of Liability
ChitraHub acts as a digital showcase platform.
We do not independently verify ownership beyond the artist’s declaration. Liability for infringement remains with the submitting party.
